Abiding in Silence is an online contemplative meditation class that gently guides participants into stillness through meditation, breath awareness, and periods of shared silence. In this sacred stillness, we quiet our minds, listen with our hearts and learn how to bring ourselves to rest in Divine Presence. No previous meditation experience is needed.
